Lusio Colour Jump

This is an AWESOME game based on the classic ‘Frogger’ concept of getting across a road / river, or in the case of Colour Jump, a never ending stream of coloured boxes moving in rows, left and right, across the game screen. So much FUN for LusioMATE Players to get their gaming therapy from with this one!! With 3 lives up their sleeve the Player has to concentrate their jumping skills on getting the ball to land on the same colour boxes as the ball; but the ball changes colour each time they jump. Sounds confusing? It really isn’t, it’s a whole load of FUN but it will test your skills of timing, especially as the deeper you go into the game, the faster the blocks move. The simple aim of the game is to keep pushing for a higher score, and you score by successfully jumping to the next block, with an extra 5 points each time you jump on a diamond!! The colours changing up throughout the game is an excellent feature. With 10 different colours built into the game, and all colours that could easily be confused ruled out from being matched up in a combo, that leaves 28 different colour combos chosen at random throughout the gameplay. A colourful feast for sure!! The game has a great combination of cognitive challenges with the colour matching , the diamonds and the changing of directions so you’re sure to remain engaged. As you get further across the screen the boxes start to move faster. With the standard EASY MEDIUM and HARD LusioMATE platform levels, the speed on the more difficult levels can get very challenging indeed. The Colour Blind Accessibility functionality caters for all types of colour blindness and improves the accessibility and enjoyment of the game for those having any type of colour blindness. PHYSICAL THERAPY NOTES Lusio Colour Jump is a universal game as it combines cognitive stimulation with the freedom to choose any exercise for any body part. The only limitation is your imagination. Our Lusio Game Testers tried the game with Wrist Extension, combined Wrist and Finger Extension, Ankle Dorsiflexion/Plantarflexion, Sit to Stand, Calf Raise and even Standing Balance exercises to give you some inspiration, but really there is not limit as to what you can do. During the Standing Balance exercise, the therapist working with our Game Tester noticed how good the game was at giving Player feedback about shifting weight forward and back about the ankles. One excellent feature for therapists to take not eof is the fact that the game allows for natural break/ pauses for Players. This is excellent for Players whose muscles tire easily Why LusioMATE?
