Your goal in this game is to connect all the tiles of each color together. You do this by swiping tiles around the board. Eventually, you'll get multiple colors to join up. How many stars can YOU get? There is also a colorblind function accessible from the settings menu. This provides with cool little icons on each type of tiles.
