Pretty garbage tbh

gameplay is pretty addicting. Problem is I cant get past the "get a 4.5 rating" level since the customers choose to give a bad rating for no reason. I have max stations built and all grade A ingredients making grade A meals but customers still decide to say "terrible" to lower my rating, how? I am serving at an appropriate speed and best ingrediants but i still cant pass this level.
