Everything is destroyed in war, still bomber aircraft is continuing its mission to destroy every little bit of the town. You have a car, and yes it's the time to rescue survivors from all over the town avoiding those bombs which are gonna fall off your head. The more time will go the worst things are gonna happen. The number of bomb will be increasing and finding the survivors will be harder.
