Lite - TicTacToe (Zero-Kata)

Tic-Tac-Toe (also known as noughts and crosses or X's and O's) is a paper-and-pencil game for two players, X and O, who take turns marking the spaces in a 3×3 grid. The player who succeeds in placing three of their marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row wins the game. This Game offers : 1) Single Player - You will play against AI (bot). The bot is very hard to defeat. 2) Multi player - You will play another player (your friend).
