Votucity conta a história de Arthur, um jovem criativo e inteligente de cabelos azuis, que tem o objetivo de vencer o concurso “Votuporanga 10”. A cidade de Votucity é uma reprodução da cidade de Votuporanga, com Prefeitura, Horto Florestal, Câmara Municipal, escola, Parque da Cultura, Museu, Biblioteca, Universidade, Igreja Matriz entre outros locais de nossa cidade. Explorando esses locais, Arthur conversa com outros personagens e obtém informações sobre a cidade e itens importantes para prosseguir na aventura. Dento da cidade, há uma máquina do tempo e com ela o jogador pode viajar para o passado e conversar com personalidades históricas que ajudaram a construir Votuporanga e ver a Igreja Matriz em construção.
