Checkers - a logical board game for two players, consisting in the movement of checkers in a certain way on the cells of a checkerboard. During the game, each player owns drafts of one color: black or white (sometimes other colors, one of which is considered dark and the other is light). The goal of the game is to take all the opponent’s checkers or to deprive them of the opportunity to move (to lock). There are several options for checkers that differ in the rules and sizes of the playing field. The basic rules of the game, which are valid in all variants of checkers: All checkers participating in the game are put out before the start of the game on the board. Then they move along the fields of the board and can be removed from it in case of battle with the enemy’s sword. It is obligatory to take a checker under battle. Exception: "Siberian Checkers".
