Detailed App description : There are several translations of the Holy Bible. These translations give different language perspectives of the Holy Bible. This provides better understanding of the Holy Bible. The Young’s literal translation was done by Robert Young in 1862. This application has been developed for Christians who are readers of the Young’s Bible and are interested in memorizing popular verses in this version. Basic features include : Home Weekly Verses Pool Central Verses Pool Score Settings Share App A user at the Home interface sees the following subcategories. 1.’Today’s Verse’. This displays the scripture of the day. 2.‘Yesterday’s Verse’. This displays the scripture of the previous day. 3. ‘Share’ button. 4. Quiz format: At the home page, a user has access to 2 quiz formats to select from. To assess your performance, click the 'play' icon to display the dialogue box of the 2 quiz format. The two quiz formats are: puzzle format and missing words format. For puzzle quiz format, a user only drags the words to form complete sentence(s) as stated in the Bible. For the missing words format, your task is to type in all the words and submit for scoring. Any spelling mistakes will reduce your score! 5. Weekly Verses Pool compiles and stores previous days’ verses (6 days ago). This is an opportunity to revise and retake the quizzes of previous days. The verses pool starts compiling from the second day of app installation on a devise. 6. Central Verses Pool has the list of all the verses in the app for easy access to users. At ‘settings’ several items may be modified: 1.‘Appearances per day’ selection: You may select the number of times the app should AUTOMATICALLY prompt you to revise the verses per day. A maximum of 6 times prompts per day at 2 hours interval exists. 2. At ‘Font type’; ‘Font colour’, and ‘Font size’ selection, many font types, font colours and font sizes may be selected based on preference. All the scores of your quizzes are stored under ‘score’.
