Secret Number - Fun Party Game

Secret Number, which is also known as Ultimate Password in Chinese, is a pass-and-play number guessing game. The purpose of Secret Number is to find the unlucky player who accidentally guesses the secret number correctly. The game can be played by at least 2 players, and the optimal number of players is 4 to 6. Each player takes turn to guess and try to avoid hitting the secret number. For one round of the game, a random number between 0 and 99 is chosen to be the secret number. After each turn of the guess, the range of the numbers shrinks.
