Chaining diagonally is doable and even advised to manage to collect all bubbles, ghosts, monsters, bats and witches needed to clear the path. Unfortunately the time is against you ! Turns are limited so try to reach the door in a minimum number of moves before the light turns off and the dark spirits get you. Watch out the traps ! Collect the plank by dropping it to the bottom !
