COC Barb Out

Take all the BARBARIAN out(make it to the Shield icon all), but each time you press on a BARBARIAN or Shield icon, it not only changes that icon, but also the adjacent icons! You must try to make it all to the Shield icon in minimum number of the moves and win the game!
