Fight the battles on your terms. *Open galaxy Conquer the galaxy at your own pace. As your character gets stronger your ability to travel across space to new places increases dramatically. By the end of the game there are over 100 different locations and an endless assortment of missions and space battles. Fight in strategic conflicts with lasers, missiles, nano missiles, special cannons, an acid ray, antimatter beams, and more. *Battle System The unique battle system combines quick thinking, accurate timing, and analysis of your enemy to decide the best way to defeat them. The battle system itself has a very small learning curve while your overall strategy in battle can be very complex. *Weapons and Equipment There are 32 different weapons and 32 different equipment items to aid you in battle. The combinations are practically endless since you choose which items to load and use in battle. Even the choices of items to use in battle require some strategic thinking. With equipment items like: nano repair bots, fusion missile warheads, shock razors, a variety of lasers and missiles, and a lot more equipment and weapons. Of course, there is always stealth. Spaceships there are over 30 starships available to own. New starships are unlocked as you progress through the game. These starships all vary in appearance, armor, shields, and energy output. In addition to all of that they differ in the amount of weapons that you can load onto your ship. As you battle through the galaxy you will have the opportunity to upgrade your characters ship traits. These traits apply to any and all of the spaceships that you own. Upgrade energy, shields, armor, defense, offense, and recharge. All of these traits help you out in battles in different ways. *Maintaining your Empire When you conquer a colony that colony has an allegiance to you. In order to maintain that allegiance over time, you’ll have to complete missions. Also, if you are defeated in battle, your overall allegiance in all of your colonies is weakened. Quests As a sort of side game there are 12 quests that can be completed. These quests will each take you to five secret locations where hidden data boxes are stored. These quests have no effect on the overall game, they do reward you with constellation credits that can be used to purchase weapons, equipment, and ships. *Good or evil? In battle you can decide to spare your enemies for a bonus to your in game funds, or you can choose to destroy your enemies for a boost in bonus. Fight with one style long enough and you'll get the paragon or tyrant bonus. *Made to Play. The interface for Incognito: Interstellar Empire is designed so that you can play the game immediately without much learning.
