Roulette wheel

This application is a software implementation of a roulette wheel. You can apply not only to play, but also in the study probability theory. Each time you touch the screen, there is a random selection of numbers from 0 to 36. Roulette table (on two sheets of A4 format) can be downloaded here: http://t-dos.ru/desk.pdf or http://t-dos.ru/desk.doc Our program is not used pseudorandom generator, the algorithm of the program is implemented by a random function which is calculated from the current time (using only milliseconds).
