It includes functions such as donating blood to give strength to the altar to create magical materials, rituals, an advanced alchemical system and much more that we will look at below, start by making the altar and put it on the ground. Then use the Sacrificial Knife on the altar to donate your blood. Each time you use a knife, you lose one heart, which results in the addition of 200 blood to the altar.
