[Description] - Saiyan Ultimate Z Fighter Next is the Z Trial mode, which consists of two different types of play: Survival, where the player fights against CPU-controlled opponents for as long as he/she can, and Time Attack, where the player sees how fast he/she can make it through a predetermined set of opponents. Finally, there is the Profile Card mode, in which the players will have their in-game character profile cards that lists their name and power level. The players can design their own card and customize them with items from the game's store. Game is a brand new story revolving around Saiyan being released in Future Trunks' Alternate Timeline. Improved fighting system with over 50 new fighting skills and ultimate attacks and will send players into a completely new story arc following the future world of Trunks on his adventures against rival Saiyan. The cast offers little in the way of surprises, featuring most of the major heroes and villains from the Frieza Saga on through to Saiyan Fighter, many of whom come in multiple forms. There are a good number of fighters to choose from, but there's not much of an attempt to balance them, with some fighters simply being rated as more powerful than others. The gameplay modes are also stock for the genre, with a local, wireless two-player versus mode, an arcade mode, as well as survival, time trial, and challenge modes. As was the original Budokai, Another Road is a pretty good-looking game. The environments are pretty bland and there are lots of blurry textures, but the characters look sharp and are well animated, and most of the time the game is soaked with crazy, explosive effects.
