Task Masters Treasure Hunt

Designed, created, coded, and maintained by Team F3 @ UCLAN as a university project. This app will gather the user's location when they answer a question provided by the UCLAN server. This location is used by the server to verify that the user is close enough to where the answer is located, to reward them with a point. This app will allow the user to take pictures using the camera. This, along with the location data, will be used by the UCLAN server to determine if the user should get a point. The user can register within this app. This registration data will store raw usernames, and HMAC SHA-256 hashed passwords, hashed with a 448 bit private key. This data is stored in a Firebase database. The user can, however, play as a guest, and avoid having to register.
