Higher Or Lower

User guesses the number which was generated by the computer. If it's the wrong computer will give the hint whether it's lower or Higher than the guessed number. It is better to guess the number in less number of tries. Once the user wins the game the computer again generates the new Guess Number so the user can play an unlimited number of games.
