As for the prestige points, they are seen as their own currency down here. Apart from the money you make by selling your ores to the market, every time you do, you gain prestige points, which level up your prestige level. Get high enough levels, and you will be able to buy new exciting pickaxe skins and other goodies. The pocket miner Digmine is for everyone.
