The result of this operation is the difference between two numbers, the minuend and the subtrahend Example: 10 - 5 = 5 Multiplication: When two numbers are multiplied together, the result is called a product. The two numbers being multiplied together are called factors, with multiplicand and multiplier also used Exmple : 5 X 3 = 15 Division Division is an arithmetic operation which is the inverse of multiplication.
