Higher or Lower v.2

Higher or Lower thinks it can outsmart you. It will generate a random number and ask you to guess that number. I your guess is below the number, it will tell you to pick a higher number. If your guess is too high, it'll tell you to pick a lower number. Keep guessing until you get it right! Good luck!
