The idea is simple, to score points you just have to land the rocket on the platform with as much fuel as you can so you can get the maximum number of points for that level. (If you land it with just a little bit fuel left, you would get a few points, but if it has much fuel you would get more points.) Also try to get the yellow boxes which will get you 10 points bonus.
