Moka Mera Lingua is a language-training application aimed at pre-school children. Moka Mera Lingua was made in Finland and is based on the Finnish method of early childhood education. Children can play and explore the application in any way they choose, which corresponds to the way young kids generally interact digitally. Moka Mera Lingua features two characters, Atlas the shark and the little monster Moka Mera, speaking different languages. These languages can be freely changed based on what language you wish your child to learn and your child’s mother tongue. The game features everyday words and phrases, teaching your child a basic vocabulary and pronunciation. There are 920 different words and sentences in the app. The languages available are Arabic, Chinese, English, Finnish, French, Russian, Spanish, and Swedish. Atlas and Moka Mera live in a treehouse with four rooms, each containing different activities.
