Solving a Sudoku puzzle is not a simple game of only locating the singles! These are identified after a search, often extremely difficult, of the candidates that can be excluded. On paper, this search rapidly becomes a tedious task of pencil marking the candidates then rubbing them out, while trying to memorize the unmarked paths or patterns! This application will save you this boring task by constantly posting the candidates and, if necessary, by showing the excluded. But the main purpose of this SudoKoach application is to present you a series of 13 solving techniques, ranging from the simplest to the most complex, for discovery and practise. I let you appreciate the subtlety of the XY-Chain rule. Admittedly hard to apply on paper! On the other hand, some seemingly difficult techniques, such as X-Chain or Sashimi, are frequently used on paper. The app contains more than 10000 solved puzzles which I have subjectively graded from 1 to 4. Grade 1 puzzles are the ones you can easily solve on paper, without much of pencil markings. You will be able to test your own grids, and you will also be able to copy/paste valid grids. The copied puzzle must be a single text line of 81 characters. The characters different of 1,...,9 are disregarded. Enjoy this app!
