Pitfaller Retro

This masterpiece was the console's first side-scroller, moving your character left or right as you traversed the jungle filled with gator-infested swamps, treasure, and the occasional other pitfalls. The second-best selling game for the 2600, Pitfaller (1982) sold four million copies. It was totally original and deserving of its place in history.
