EVE Echoes

I was just getting into the game, but losing interest. I can get into a game like this, commit for a year guaranteed, but only if there's a reasonable grind path. The current design is for a player to commit with monthly subscription, blocking almost half of the play for those who are undecided on spend. eg 1. If you are not an Omega subscription player (purchase a monthly pass), you cannot participate in corporate mining runs. You could, but you can't share what you've mined with other players making you almost useless to your corp. This is a bad gate setup. 2. A recent change to the planetary mining design is to block Alpha player (those without the subscription) from mining planets in a lower safety system. Gated again. I understand reserving use of advanced skills, purchase of some ships and materials for those Omega players, but when you start blocking grind pathways for none-spenders... interest in the game is lost, and so I'll be shelfing this title for now. It's a shame too, because I was just considering a monthly commitment. Rethink your structure to include play for the little guy. I don't have time to commit to the loooooooooooong grind path currently in place. (It should be a little more mobile.)

This is like an earlier version of Eve online with a more polished user-accessible touch u I. Assuming that they slowly release the other features from the main game, this is going to shape up to be an epic mobile. As it stands, with today's content, it is enjoyable. I do miss exploration, a puzzle that game. Don't expect the full content of the original, yet.

The game is a lot of fun to play and the depth at which the players can interact with the games world is something I've only seen in this game, so far at least. However, the going is rather slow due to the many timegating features it has and a tad bit frustrating due to its high learning curve and many nuances not told to its players. Also, it would be important to tell the players that the F2P experience serves as the games trial/demo version in order to set proper and accurate expectations.

Game is pretty good, but I lost everything I had to a bug and they have a no reimburse policy no matter what happens, ( yes I contacted support, twice. ) In all fairness I kinda knew this from the PC version. Just a warning everyone. Thread carefully. Might continue though, take from that what you want. /edit customer and bugs have gotten a lot better.

On the surface it's pretty good. Ships are easy to control and things broadly feel like EVE. Lately it's feeling less like a mobile game. With bubbles that rip you out of warp with no counter, travel around the galaxy is a slog. This is a mobile game. No one has three hours to plot a course and manually fly it, especially after taking away AFK autopilot outside of hi-sec. Add in hours-long purchase audits, refusal to replace losses from system issues, and the rampant bots and I'd just go with EO

First of all, it's a amazing open world space ship game. The graphics are great and if you enjoy interaction with other players I'm sure you will enjoy it. BUT its definitely not a casual player friendly, it's a harsh game. You can spend days getting a ship and if it's blown up in pvp chances are you start from day 1 again. Also there are bots, rmt, scamming etc. So if you're looking for a casual space game its not for you.
