Bro it took my money right after I cancelled my free subscription don't download this game dude

The shipping takes forever.

I am so incredibly sick of them skipping games at the top of my que to give me games lower down the list. It would make sense if one had low availability versus high, i understand that, but to skip resident evil 4 remaster at the top of the list with high availability and pick another game is ridiculous. There's also no way to cancel a game shipment to pick something else. This i why i always end up canceling this service. I likely will again soon.

Great idea for a service! Loved the free trial. Didn't mind the retention deal. But IMO, definitely not worth the full price because the demand for good/new games is always high and shipping times take too long. It can take 7 days for something to get to you and then another 7 if it's lost in the mail. It takes me longer to get a game than to platinum it. I don't mind waiting, I mind paying for it. Public library gives me the same experience but I don't have to pay for that.

I signed up for an account. I was looking for new games for my switch since I just got one. After picking a game to be sent, a day later, I get an email saying that my account has been canceled due to there being an outstanding balance from someone at my address. Finding out it was my fiance. I don't understand why I am getting punished for something that wasn't my fault. My account was the one that was canceled because of someone else having a balance due. It's not fair, support didnt help.

2 weeks to get an in stock game, worst service ever.
