Viral Trouble

Viral Trouble is a love child of arcade classics, Missile Command and Bubble Trouble, a hardcore shoot’em up clothed in simple low-poly art nostalgia. Taking control of a lymphatic gland, you will have to defend against a viral infection by spawning powerful white blood cells, which for some reason blow up inside the patient zero's body, eradicating the viral invaders found in the blast zone. Tap and hold to shoot continuously or tap as fast as you can to increase your crazy rate of fire. It’s all about survival, so the easy way is not necessarily the best one. Autofire mode is recommended when you need to take a breath between infinite waves of angry viruses, while rapid tapping is crucial to defend against their larger amounts. Each bubbly virus comes in one of three sizes (large, medium and small) with predetermined speed - the smaller the virus is, the faster it moves. They also react differently when shot down: large ones shatter into two medium ones, medium breaks into to two small viruses and the small ones disintegrate for good. Viral Trouble is as catchy as a VD. Mostly because of its quick and engaging gameplay - it is ideally suited for oldschool gamers - just as well as anyone imbued with a masochistic backbone - who love spending time competing with their friends’ and everyone else for high score in the global ranking mode. We want to make Flappy Bird seem easy. Viral Trouble’s moody and sterile graphics style match up perfectly with ambient music created on legendary Commodore 64 by Michał Hoffmann, one of Poland’s most prominent indie musicians. You can hear more of his music here: https://soundcloud.com/nonsenseabsurd Whatever strategy you choose to defend yourself against the viral invaders, command the white blood cells’ missiles wisely. If even one virus reaches the bottom of the screen it means the patient has been successfully infested and you lost the game. Remember - Viral Trouble is never over.
