This is to grab a unique player identification for high score tracking without making you log in. This is *NOT* your phone number, it's a hardware ID called the ANDROID_ID in the system. -> INTERNET: Online scores and buying "pocket change" tokens. -> GET_ACCOUNTS: Use when buying "pocket change" tokens. This is so that you can authenticate properly with google, and prevents fraud. -> ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: So the app can tell if it's online.
