Conduct them to existing metro lines. Levels have a real map with motorways and freeways. Traffic is growing. Draw extra mini railway lines, transport citizens, add additional train. Station has limits. Train has limits. Be quick, avoid overcrowding. You lose if mini metro stations are overcrowded. Stations are designed at unique shape. Passenger's shape shows which destination they are targeted. Going through mini railway train pick up passengers to specific subway pint.
