This app has over 200 questions with more to come in regular updates. You can pick a gamemode, dificulty level and question type. There are four gamemodes: 1) Streak: How many questions can you get correct in a row? The game will continue until you get one wrong. You can play by yourself or with up to four players. In multiplayer, each player will get out once they get a question wrong and the game will continue until all the players are out. 2) 10 Rounds: As you'd expect, this gamemode has 10 rounds of questions where you try to get as many correct as possible. You can play by yourself or with up to four players. 3) Timed: See how many questions you can get correct in a set amount of time. The default is a minute but you can set this yourself. You can play by yourself or with up to four players. In multiplayer, each player will answer one question before it's the next player's turn and the player's individual timer will go down as they answer this question.
