If you don't make your decision quickly and the time runs out, the opponent gets a point. How to play: Tic Tac Toe is a turn based two player game. To win the game you have to be the first player who places his marks in either a horizontal, vertical or diagonal order. If the case happens that both players couldn't place their marks to win the game, no one gets a point and the match restarts. Have fun!
