Try to keep alive your circle, you have to separate your brain in two. Inflate enough to eat the smaller circles, and not be crushed by a larger one, but watch out for the bombs! They destroy you no matter how small they are. Get as many points as possible while keeping alive your favorite circle. Unlock all circles available, remember that you can also customize your food and bombs.
