COMIC adalah tool untuk mendokumentasikan proses coaching beserta progress yang terjadi dalam proses tersebut. COMIC dapat mendorong dan menstimulus coachee dan coach untuk melakukan proses coaching tersebut dengan menyenangkan karena diaplikasikan dalam bentuk gamification sehingga akan memudahkan proses coaching dan diharapkan akan meningkatkan performansi kerja. COMIC is a tool to document the coaching process and the progress that occurs in the process. COMIC can encourage and stimulate coaches and coaches to do the coaching process in a fun way because it is applied in the form of gamification so that it will facilitate the coaching process and is expected to improve work performance.
